Meet Melissa McLin

As a third-generation printer, Melissa often says she has CMYK in her blood. She discovered her love for graphic design in the fourth grade and followed that passion throughout her college years, attending Manatee High School’s College for Technology and the State College of Florida, where she earned her degree in graphic design.

Melissa started working with clients as a freelancer while still in college before accepting a position with a national vehicle wrap company. Here, she made a significant impact, selling more than $7.5 million in vehicle wraps while working as a national account manager and design liaison. This experience taught her a lot about best practices and how to avoid some of the most common mistakes business owners make. Today, she uses this knowledge to help her clients make sound print and design decisions.

In her next career move, Melissa transitioned to an outside sales role with the #2 Sir Speedy location in the country. Here, she learned the ropes of traditional printing and gained a wealth of knowledge from the successful franchise model. This experience sharpened Melissa’s skills, not just in print and design, but also in understanding the unique needs and challenges many clients face.

Today, Melissa thrives on providing information, guidance, and creative expertise to business owners. She particularly enjoys working with startups that may find the process of marketing and branding a bit overwhelming. Using a collaborative approach, she simplifies the process and ensures each client’s marketing dollars support their big-picture goals.
